Ms. Michele

Founding Director, MindBodyArt

Ms. Michele is the founding director of MindBodyArt, a vibrant hub for arts education, tumbling, ninja challenge course program, musical theatre, and award winning summer camps founded in 2017. Ms. Michele collaborated with friends in the fitness and children’s programming, as well as parents, to determine how MindBodyArt could best serve the community. Her vision is simple but powerful: to create a safe, balanced space where children and families can grow, learn, and thrive. At MindBodyArt, students not only learn to dance and move—they learn to work hard together, achieve goals, tackle obstacles, communicate, and become kind, capable humans.

While MindBodyArt is home to an amazing, award-winning competitive team and prep team levels, Michele and her faculty are equally proud to support recreational students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to explore movement, build confidence, and enjoy the arts. Faculty collaborate closely with each other to creatively guide students, helping them develop into well-rounded youth who are inspired to give back to their communities.

Ms. Michele has built a team of the best-educated and most experienced instructors, who are not only outstanding teachers but role models dedicated to sharing their gifts and elevating the skills of every student.

Beyond the studio, Michele champions wellness and family balance. She founded Gray’s Centre, a community-focused facility that houses programs promoting healthy lifestyles and the arts, including an after-school program, a dance studio, and an optometric office specializing in vision therapy.

She earned a BS in Business Management from Penn State University, a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and is a certified Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor. Ms. Michele’s professional experience includes 15 years with Cole Vision/Luxottica Retail, leading high-performing teams and delivering over $70 million in annual revenue, as well as coordinating global vision clinics in Brazil, Nicaragua, and Thailand, providing eye care and glasses to thousands in need.

Michele’s leadership blends vision, community impact, and excellence in arts education, creating a space where students of all levels feel supported, families feel engaged, and the arts flourish.
