Company Dancer | ASH Assistant Pre-Professional Program

Ms. Katie is a dedicated and versatile young artist whose passion for dance has grown into a thriving pre-professional career. Training at MindBodyArt School of Dance since 2017, Ms. Katie has developed strong technical foundations in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Pointe, and Tumbling/Acro. Her artistry shines through her athleticism, musicality, and expressive movement both on stage and in the studio.

Ms. Katie has been selected for numerous prestigious programs and opportunities, including her role as a Company Member with Artists Simply Human (ASH) from 2022–2025 under the mentorship of faculty member Matt Smith. This summer, she was honored to be awarded an ASH Assistant role, allowing her to work closely with faculty and gain hands-on pre-professional experience for the 2025/2026 season. Additionally, she was awarded an Apprentice with Deviate Dance for the 2025–2026 season, where she continues to expand her versatility and professional readiness. Ms. Katie has trained at national intensives such as the PACE University Summer Dance Intensive (sponsored by NYCDA), the CLI Conservatory Summer Program, the NYCDA Summer Intensive at PACE, and The Pro Experience in NYC.

Her talent has been recognized with top awards at major competitions and conventions including ID Dance, Encore, Intrigue, REVEL, and ASH, earning scholarships, top solo placements, and performance invitations at both regional and national levels. Highlights include the ID Icon Award, Elite Top Senior Solo Overall Winner at Encore, multiple convention scholarships, and the ASH Entertainment Award.

Outside of dance, Ms. Katie is a student at State College Area High School (Class of 2027) where she maintains a 3.71 GPA while completing Advanced Placement and College Credit coursework. Her background also includes years as a nationally competitive All-Star Cheerleader with Fame Allstars, where she performed as a flyer, base, and tumbler.

Ms. Katie’s goal is to continue growing as a performer, creator, and collaborator, pursuing collegiate-level training and professional opportunities that allow her to share her artistry with wider audiences.
