Tumbling: ages 2 &up

Our Level System emphasizes training proper technique and progressions to increase the athlete's success in learning skills and to minimize risk of injury.  


  • Level 1 (Foundational Skills):  Forward roll, backward roll, handstand, back bend, back bend kicker, back walkover, cartwheel, round off, forward roll step out, cartwheel back walkover, front walkover cartwheel back walkover.

  • Level 2 (Back Handsprings):  Standing back handspring, back walkover back handspring, round off back handspring, one arm cartwheel, front handspring, cartwheel back handspring, round off back handspring, aerial cartwheel.


Prior to advancement, the athlete must be able to properly demonstrate the above skills performed on the floor at least 3 times safely, correctly and consistently.
