FUNdamental Fitness and Movement brings together the concepts of fun, fitness, performance, goal setting, and leadership.
The goal with these sessions is to help a child become their personal best through learning basic exercise technique and games. The sessions will develop tools that they can/will use for better body control, core strength, stability/balance, quickness, agility, strength, power, and obvious functional movement.
