Our MindBodyArt Enrichment program is here to support you and your family with balance and safety!  

 

Each child will receive dedicated time to work on schoolwork while enjoying a healthy snack.  

• (Snacks include fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurt, pretzels, and crackers).  

•  In addition, Enrichment Advisors will work with you to set up a mix of up to 3 programs that your child will participate in during the week!

Program options will include up to 3 scheduled activities per week for full time

• Dance Classes, Musical Theater Classes, Tumbling Classes, Ninja Challenge Courses, Strength & Flexiblity, Arts & Crafts ​

  • Dance and Musical Theatre Classes will perform in our Spring 2025 Recital

  • Part Time Program includes up to 2 scheduled activities per  week

"In-Network" Schools:

• (Students enrolled in an "In-Network: school will be bussed to MindBodyArt by SCASD or by MindBodyArt)

  • Gray's Woods Elementary

  • Park Forest Elementary 

  • Park Forest Middle School

  • Radio Park Elementary

All other schools will be considered "Out-of-Network"

• Parents with children in "Out of Network" schools will need to set up transportation to MindBodyArt

Times:

After School Program: 3:00 pm - 5:45 pm

• Note:  we follow the State College Area School District Academic Calendar for our After School Enrichment Program

Staff:

• All instructors & volunteers are carefully selected to ensure a great fit for our programs and your children.

• Our program is PA State Certified After School Program and follow all annual continued education requirements and certifications 

• All staff are First Aid/CPR certified and have had background checks.

Tuition

In Network Schools:

Grays Woods Elementary School, Park Forest Elementary School, Park Forest Middle School, Radio Park Elementary School

• Full Time = 4 - 5 days per week: $325 per month

  • includes 3 activites per week

    • additional activity per week - $25 Per month

• Part Time = 3 days or less:   $295 per month

  • spaces are limited, includes up to 2 activities per week

    • additional activity per week - $25 Per month

"Out of Network" Tuition:

• Full Time = 4 - 5 days per week :  call for rates/availability

• Part Time = 3 days or less:  call for rates/availability

• Applies to any school NOT listed above

Our MISSION is to provide family balance by providing these additional services:

• Snow Days Program:  $65 per day

• Early Dismissal Program:  $15 per day

• In-Service Day Programs:  $65 per day

  • Note:  Minimum of 8 students must register in order for the Snow Day & IIn-Service Day Programs to take place on any given date.take place​

 

 

Multi-Child Discount

A 5% discount will be applied to each child's account each month

• Transportation from our "In-Network" Schools will be provided by SCASD or MindBodyArt.

An Enrichment Advisor will work with you to answer questions and  to select an enrichment program track that will best meet the needs of your child before registration is finalized and charges are made to your card!

$60 Registration Fee  per child will be charged to your card on file... 

(Note: the registration fee is non-refundable)

Child Care Works Subsidy Program:

The Pennsylvania Departments of Public Welfare, Office of Child Development and Early Learning, provides both Resource & Referral Services and Financial Assistance to qualified households through the Child Care Works program.  Child Care Works is administered in every county in the Commonwealth through Child Care Information Services (CCIS) offices.
