Camps

 

Low Coach/Student Ratio,

allowing for personalized instruction

Ages 5 - 12

Morning Camp Option: $160

  • 8:45am - 9:00am - Check-in  (or arrive from Early Morning Care option)

  • 9:00am - 12:00pm - Fitness Camp

    • Our Trainer/Instructor will work with each student to show how the movement focus relates to their primary sports or functional daily movement. 

    • Daily workouts that include stability/balance, flexibility, strength, agility, and speed/quickness

    • Leadership, mental toughness, goal setting, and coach-ability 

    • Fun, nonjudgmental environment welcome to all ability levels

    • Basic discussions on dietary needs and anatomy

  • 12:00pm - 12:15pm - Pickup (or go to Afternoon Fun Camp)

  • OPTIONAL: 

    • Early Morning Care:  7:30am - 9:00am:  $20

    • Afternoon FUN Camp:  12pm - 5:30pm:  $80

      • we will visit the pool twice per week, visit local parks, play games, arts & crafts, etc... (outside activities will be weather permitting)

      • we will provide a healthy snack mid-afternoon

Afternoon Camp Option: $160

  • 12:45pm - 1:00pm:  Check-in  (or arrive from morning care option)

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm:  Fitness Camp

    • Our Trainer/Instructor will work with each student to show how the movement focus relates to their primary sports or functional daily movement. 

    • Daily workouts that include stability/balance, flexibility, strength, agility, and speed/quickness 

    • Leadership, mental toughness, goal setting, and coach-ability 

    • Fun, nonjudgmental environment welcome to all ability levels

    • Basic discussions on dietary needs and anatomy

  • 4:00pm - 4:15pm:  Pickup (or go to late afternoon care)

  • OPTIONAL:

    • Morning FUN Camp:  7:30am - 1:00pm:  $75

    • Late Afternoon Care:  4:00pm - 5:30pm:  $20

      • we will go on a weekly field trip, visit local parks, play games, arts & crafts, etc... (outside activities will be weather permitting)

      • we will provide a healthy snack mid-morning
